Mediterranean Spiced Roasted Leg Of Lamb With A Yogurt Mint Feta Sauce

1 Tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
zest of 2 lemons (abt 2 teaspoons)
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 lb baby potatoes
FOR THE SAUCE
1 (7 oz) container Greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons feta cheese
juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon fresh mint
