Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Roasted garlic brussels sprouts are the best, and quite frankly, only way to eat Brussels sprouts. If you make them this way, you will be a Brussels sprouts LOVER! A great introductory way to eat a once-hated vegetable!


2 pounds brussels sprouts, cutting each brussels sprout in half
1/8 cup olive oil, (or more depending on the size of your brussels sprouts, you may need up to 1/2 cup of olive oil so they aren't too dry)
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
