½ c . Dutch cocoa (50 g.)

6 T. butter, softened
½ c. + 2 T. sugar (100 g.)
½ c. packed light brown sugar (100 g.)
1 ½ T. instant espresso powder
1 t. vanilla
1 egg white, room temp
